The Associated Press: New penalty phase in case of man stabbed 193 times: "The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday threw out a 25-year prison sentence given to a woman convicted of killing her husband by him up and stabbing him 193 times.Susan Wright, now 33, was convicted in March 2004 of killing her 34-year-old husband Jeffrey.
