Mariana S. Cole
Mariana S. Cole earned a B.A. in Sociology from Wake Forest University in 2005. In 2008, Ms. Cole was awarded a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she was a member of the Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property, and completed a year externship with The Honorable Kurt D. Engelhardt, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cole worked at an employment litigation firm in San Francisco, where she represented clients in disputes involving harassment, discrimination, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. In 2011, Ms. Cole second-chaired a jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court in which a winning verdict was obtained.
