Jill T. Lin earned a B.A. degree in Psychology and a B.A. degree in Criminology, Law & Society, from the University of California at Irvine in 2007. In 2012, Ms. Lin was awarded a J.D. from Western State University, College of Law, where she was a scholarship recipient and received a certificate in exemplary public service. Ms. Lin clerked for a plaintiff’s side personal injury firm during law school, gaining experience in civil litigation and personal injury. Since her admission to the California Bar, Ms. Lin has worked primarily on toxic tort litigation and personal injury cases. As an associate attorney at Audet & Partners, LLP, Ms. Lin’s practice is focused on complex plaintiffs side litigation, including class actions, personal injury and mass torts.
