Regarding Guestbook #139:
My Francis was euthanized in February 2007 after eating toxic canned cat food.
As I said in Guestbook #139. Francis will have a voice.
He was so gentle and loving.

Francis deserved better.
He was so gentle, so loving, so sweet.
He was born to Rainbow in 1994 and had a sibling, a sister named Clare.
They were both named for saints.
Clare found a home at a young age through a veterinary clinic, but Francis stayed with me.
He was such a good boy. He was all black and had those amber, yellow eyes. He was always a small cat but he was big on love and affection - a regular lap cat.
And he was eating poison petfood that I fed him.
Francis was euthanized in February 2006.
He stopped eating prior to his death, became lethargic and was vomiting.
The vet said his abdomen was swollen and withdrew fluid to show me that he had developed hepatic lipidosis which any cat who refuses food for even a short time can get.
I did not bring Francis to the vets for euthanasia, but that is what the vet recommended.
Telling me that it was the right thing to do did not help.
To know my Francis was to love him and I thank God for the time we had.
He will have a voice.
Francis, I love you always.
