JM Eagle PVC Pipe

A class-action lawsuit was recently filed behalf of property owners potentially seeking hundreds of millions of dollars from JM Eagle for allegedly supplying substandard polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) pipe for potable water systems, and other applications.
