On behalf of families considering lawsuits against the VA hospital and health care system, Managing Partner William M. Audet has formally requested “the issuance of a revised and more comprehensive Litigation Hold of all relevant hard copy or electronic documents related to the “Wait List.”

On May 28, 2014, the U.S. Office of the Inspector General (OIG) issued a Report on the Phoenix VA Hospital System that included many potentially incriminating conclusions, but failed to include specific documentation that would have substantiated these conclusions.  Through his official letter, Mr. Audet has moved to ensure that documents and information relied upon in the OIG Report be preserved for future examination and/or litigation purposes.
