Tower of Power Sues Warner Music Group Corp. Over Digital Royalties

Popular music stars Emilio Castillo and Stephen Kupka,‭ ‬collectively and professionally known as Tower of Power,‭ ‬by and through‭ ‬their attorneys at Audet‭ & ‬Partners,‭ ‬LLP,‭ ‬a San Francisco,‭ ‬California-based trial law firm,‭ ‬and the Law Offices of Lopez‭ & ‬Associates,‭ ‬have filed a class action complaint‭ (‬Case‭ ‬#‭ ‬1531‭) ‬in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against‭ ‬Warner Music Group Corp. ‬The case arises out of the alleged failure of‭ ‬Warner Music‭ ‬to pay the full royalty rates to artists such as‭ ‬Tower of Power on revenue generated from the licensing of digital downloads and/or ringtones.
