“The Knot” Lawsuit On Behalf of Advertisers and Customers

The Knot Lawsuit

Audet & Partners, LLP is investigating increasing numbers of complaints by advertisers and customers of “The Knot.”  The Knot lawsuit is based on a range of questionable and potentially illegal practices by The Knot that duped advertisers into six-figure annual advertising contracts for fictional ad inventory available on the website.

Several former employees of The Knot have come forward to detail potentially nefarious practices of The Knot from top down within the company.  These practices may have included executives mandating employees to alter terms of lucrative advertising contracts on which The Knot was unable to deliver.  The Knot enlisted major advertisers including Macy’s and David’s Bridal that were spending millions of dollars annually on fictional real estate on the Knot.

The Knot was founded in 1996.  These questionable business practices have been considered by former employees to have been integral practices that ultimately led to a $1 billion sale in 2018.

If you have advertised on The Knot and believe that you may have been a victim to the company’s questionable advertising and sales tactics, you are urged to contact Audet & Partners, LLP for a free case evaluation to determine whether you may have a claim in The Knot lawsuit.  You can contact us by completing and submitting the inquiry form on this page, or by giving us a call at 800-964-1461.
