2nd Circuit Holds TCPA Preemptive of State Law to Allow Class Actions in NY

A ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit may precipitate a flood of new class action lawsuits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
