Simonton Lawsuit Alleges Substandard Windows
Audet & Partners, LLP is investigating allegations made by consumers that insulated glass windows manufactured by Simonton Building Products Inc. may be prone to internal condensation often leading to noticeable finger prints and smudges. A pending legal action has taken aim at the following lines of Simonton windows:
- Simonton Asure
- Simonton Prism
- Simonton Impressions
- Simonton StormBreaker Plus
- Simonton ProFinish
- Simonton DaylightMax
- Simonton Madeira
- Simonton Lumera
Consumers have further alleged that contrary to Simonton’s website promotion of testing to “advanced AAMA Gold Label Certification,” the company may have conducted inadequate testing of its windows prior to sale to the public. It is further alleged in the Simonton lawsuit that the company may have sold the defective windows even after becoming aware of the defective design.
If you have purchased any of the Simonton windows noted above and experienced premature window damage that has led even to aggravation, loss of use, or other noneconomic hardships, you are urged to contact a class action attorney at Audet & Partners, LLP for a free, confidential case evaluation to determine whether you may have a claim in the Simonton lawsuit.
