Olympic Rescue It Lawsuit

Audet & Partners, LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against PPG Industries, Inc. for its manufacture, marketing, and sale of Olympic Rescue It!® resurfacing products.  Numerous consumers report having relied on manufacturer representations that Rescue It!® was a product of the highest quality, capable of resurfacing, sealing, and waterproofing all in one product.

Unfortunately, many of these same consumers have complained that their decks are now seriously damaged due to the premature failure of Restore It!®   Additional investigation suggests that the product was made with serious design flaws, making decks susceptible to peeling, cracking, and bubbling as demonstrated in the video below.

What is worse perhaps, is information suggesting that the manufacturer knew of the problems with Rescue It!® while it was actively promoting the product as an optimal deck resurfacing solution for homeowners.
